· All beds have duvets and pillows (2 per person), linen includes bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases. 1 set per bed per week supplied.

· The property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

· The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number shown on the confirmation. The owners reserve the right to refuse admission if the numbers exceed those booked.

· All bookings are accepted under the understanding that the property is taken for holiday purposes only and is not used for any other purposes and they must be vacated by the agreed date and time.

· In the event of the booked property not being available for any reason beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid and this shall be the limit of the liability of the owners.

· The owners shall not be liable for any inconvenience, injury, accident or loss suffered by any person in or about these premises.

· Hirers are responsible for the replacement of any article broken or damaged during their occupation of the property and for the repair of any damage done to the property itself.

· The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition - failure to do so may result in an additional charge for cleaning.

· The person named as the head of the party on the booking form must be responsible for all members of the party and should ensure that they comply with these booking conditions.

· Complaints should be made to the owners as soon as possible. We cannot deal with complaints once the property has been vacated.

· Telephone to check for availability, telephone bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting booking form and deposit.

· Complete the booking form and send it with your deposit of one third of the holiday cost to the nearest £.

Cheques payable to Mrs. A. Griffiths. Sorry we don't accept credit or debit cards.

· Holidays booked within one month of commencement must be paid in full at the time of booking.

· Once full payment has been received, details of location and key collection procedure will be sent.
