Blaenau has accommodation on three floors.

On the ground floor are entrance hall, dining room and kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge.

Through a small lobby there is a shower room and on the right the door to the enclosed yard, a pleasant sitting area with tubs of flowers and in summer, garden furniture and a barbecue.

On the first floor is the sitting room with TV and DVD, radio and CD player, the spacious bathroom which we are told was once a tailors' work room, and a bedroom with full size bunk beds.

At the top of the house are one double bedroom and one twin, both with dormer windows and pretty Victorian fireplaces.
